Welcome to Coach O Performance™, a division of Owusu Holdings LLC.

By booking, attending, or participating in any class, private session, clinic, or program, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.

These terms protect you, your athlete, and our business. Please read carefully.

1. Payments & Billing

• All Weekly Classes require monthly autopay, billed on the 1st of the month.

• Private sessions must be paid before the session begins.

• Payment is required to secure your time slot.

• Failure to complete payment automatically forfeits the spot.

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments, fees, sessions, and monthly tuition are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions do not roll over or convert to credits.

• Clinics are non-refundable due to limited capacity.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Weekly Classes:

• No makeups guaranteed due to strict 3-athlete max structure.

Privates:

• 24-hour notice required to reschedule.

• Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session rate.

• Mobile sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance — no exceptions.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge:

• Tumbling and athletic training involve physical risk.

• Coach O Performance™ is not liable for injuries resulting from athlete behavior, outside training, or failure to follow instructions.

• You agree to hold harmless Coach O, Coach O Performance™, and Owusu Holdings LLC.

A full liability waiver must be signed in the enrollment form before training begins.

5. Media, Video, & Photography Release

• Classes and privates may be recorded for training, technique correction, progress tracking, and marketing.

• By training with Coach O Performance™, you grant permission for images/videos of your athlete to be used.

• If you decline media use, you must request this in writing. We will accommodate, but cannot guarantee zero video exposure due to group classes.

6. Training Method Protection

• All drills, techniques, systems, and progressions taught by Coach O Performance™ are proprietary.

• Athletes and parents may not reproduce, teach, record, or distribute this material outside personal use.

• Program content, structure, and methods are intellectual property under © Owusu Holdings LLC.

7. Conduct & Safety

• Athletes must listen, follow corrections, and maintain safe behavior.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior results in removal without refund.

• Parents must respect training boundaries and not coach during sessions.

8. Parent Responsibilities

• Ensure athletes arrive on time and prepared.

• Communicate injuries or limitations before training begins.

• Respect facility/privacy rules at The Lab.

9. Athlete Responsibilities

• Show up ready to work with focus and effort.

• Follow all warm-ups, drills, and recovery instructions.

• Notify Coach O immediately of pain or injury during training.

10. Mobile Training & Home Sessions

• Home training areas must be safe, clear, and appropriate for athletic movement.

• Parents are responsible for ensuring the training environment is safe.

• Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Coach O Performance™ website, programs, systems, drills, and branding are protected under:

12. Privacy

• Personal information is used only for scheduling, communication, and training.

• We do not sell or share personal data.

• Full privacy policy is available upon request or on the website.

13. Termination of Service

Coach O Performance™ may terminate training for:

• Unsafe behavior

• Non-payment

• Disrespect or violation of policies

• Environment or home conditions unsuitable for mobile training

No refunds for terminated services.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
